The Game 7 Sharks coaching staff is one the best and most unique staffs in the game. Our dedicated staff has proven that they can develop players and bring the best out of each player. In 2006, Brian Murray, Greg “Mugsy” Youncofski, Mike Roberts, and Pat Whalen founded the program. All four coaches coached our first team ever, which consisted of 8 kids from Middletown that were apart of the Class of 2009 and Class of 2010. In 2007, Coach Mugsy and Jay Huelbig began a second team that consisted of players from the Class of 2012. The program took off from there. What started off as one team has evolved into 11 competitive teams.
Our staff is full of coaches that have real jobs and families. They know the meaning of hard work and sacrifice. Their dedication to this program is unmatched, and we do not have anyone on our staff looking for the next best thing. To our staff, the chance to develop your son and his teammates is the best thing. Game 7 Sharks is a brotherhood, and a large part of that is because of the dedication and talents of our coaching staff
